Meet the Founder
Hey there, my name is Aaron, and I am the founder of Vertex MFG Group.
I have been involved in fabrication for around 15 years. Between my time working on shop floors, both large and small, and my experience working with major fabrication equipment OEMs, I’ve had the opportunity to see a wide range of operations and shops across the country and beyond. Through that, I’ve seen what works well and what doesn’t. I’ve also had the chance to speak with customers across many different industries and get a clear picture of where fabrication often falls short.
The same issues kept coming up: communication, deadlines, and quality.
After thinking on it for a couple of years, I founded Vertex in the spring of 2026 to address those gaps directly.
Communication is one of the highest priorities at Vertex. Customers should always have a clear understanding of where their project stands, both current and upcoming.
Deadlines matter. We make a consistent and active effort to meet every commitment we make. We understand that our timelines directly impact our customers’ operations, and we take that seriously.
Quality is non-negotiable. Vertex operates by the motto “Precision Fabrication, without Compromise.” I’ve seen too many situations where “close enough” is accepted and shipped. That is not how we operate. Every part we produce is held to a high standard, no exceptions.
